Tender Resistance is a 25-minute dance performance by choreographer Faizah Grootens that explores the power of tenderness. Through expressive and fluid movements inspired by Viola Davis’s speeches and the sensitivity of Papiamentu, the dancers engage in a physical dialogue about remaining open and vulnerable in a world that often hardens.
