De Amerikaanse band Masters of Reality, vaak beschouwd als pionier binnen de stonerrockscene, combineert hardrock, blues, psychedelica en pop in een unieke stijl.
Frontman Chris Goss, ook wel de “Godfather of Stoner Rock”, heeft als producer grote invloed gehad op bands als Kyuss en Queens of the Stone Age.
Na hun cultdebuut uit 1989 en het album Sugar presenteren ze nu hun nieuwste werk The Archer, vol introspectieve en mystieke muzikale risico’s.
